Join Agia Triada – Winery ! The historical Monastery Agia Triada of Jagarolon, famous for its traditions and selected vineyards produces this renowned excellent wine of the Monastery.

With dedication centuries-old and modern technology, their monks offer a unique combination of grape varieties perfectly adapted to the micro-climate of the Akrotiri region of Chania.

In production all products strictly follow only the traditional way of sorting and sapping. At the harvest stage: The fruit is gathered carefully and methodically from the estates of the area and led to the site of the Holy Monastery.

At the control stage: A specialized chemical staff is responsible for scrutinizing quality every day, strictly following the EEC standards

Historical Agia Triada Monastery

At the standardization stage: The product is bottled and packaged in their new standard model, manufactured in 1997 and fully equipped with the latest standardization machinery.

The visitor along with the tour in the monastery and the Museum of the Trinity Tzagarolon can have a tour in the production areas of the unique quality organic olive oil, wine, honey, vinegar and soap of olive oil produced and exported by the monks.

On Creta they use the grapes: vilana, vidiano, thrapsathiri, kotsifali, liatiko, malvazia, mantilari, muscat of spina, plyto, dafni, romeiko, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, merlot, sauvignon blanc, syrah, sangiovese.
